VIETNAM AT A GLIMPSE
Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi - Mekong Delta
(6 days / 5 nights - daily departure) |
 You are welcomed at Noi Bai airport by our guide and he will accompany you to your hotel. In the afternoon, we start the tour with Hanoi sightseeing. We will present you Vietnam daily life in the past and now with 2 hours cyclo tour around the Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son temple and Old quarter streets. You are then attend the Water Puppets show. Enjoy welcome dinner and over night in Hanoi. |
Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)
You are welcomed at Noi Bai airport by our guide and he will accompany you to your hotel. In the afternoon, we start the tour with Hanoi sightseeing. We will present you Vietnam daily life in the past and now with 2 hours cyclo tour around the Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son temple and Old quarter streets. You are then attend the Water Puppets show. Enjoy welcome dinner and over night in Hanoi.
Day 2: Ha Long Bay - the world heritage (B, L, D)
This day, you will visit Halong, a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. The travel start at 8a.m, after 3 hours and a half, you will arrive at Halong. Embark in the Traditional style wooden junk around noon, you are be served with fresh seafood lunch. With 4-hours boat trip, you are cruising around islets, caves and grottos. You then will visit Sung Sot grotto (The Cave of Surprise). Drive back to Hanoi for dinner & over night in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hoi An - the ancient town (B, L, D)
This day, you are moving to the central part of Vietnam. On arrival at Da Nang airport, you are transferred to Hoi An, which was originally one of major trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Visit of Hoi An Town with mixed the culture of Vietnam/Chinese/Japanese with Chinese tiled houses, Chinese temples, Japanese covered bridge. Enjoy the very peace dinner on the bank of Thu Bon river. Over night in Hoi an town.
Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi tunnel (B, L, D)
You will visit Cham museum (rich collection of Cham sculptures from in 14-15 century back with Indian influences) at the time transfer from Hoi an to Da Nang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. This afternoon, you will visit Cu Chi tunnels, the “Iron Triangle”, our Viet Cong basement in the American war. Back to Ho Chi Minh city late after noon. Dinner & over night in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta (B, L, D)
Leaving the busy city, you are going to visit country side of Vietnam. Water, the base life of the South of Vietnam. On arrival at Cai Be, of course, the only way for you to observe the local lifestyle is getting on a boat navigating around the small canals in the delta region. You will see he floating market with sellers and buyers bargaining and exchanging their goods from their boats. Roaming around and observe how the people make |
